Eastpak, based in Antwerp, Belgium, is seeking an exceptional Brand & Campaign Manager to join the Marketing team. You will lead end-to-end campaigns and manage the seasonal brand marketing calendar to lift brand awareness and engagement.

You will collaborate with Creative, Product, Digital and Local Marketing to develop campaigns that engage audiences and drive sell-through across channels. The role emphasizes a creative brand expression and global/local alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Retail, Digital or related field; MBA is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives.
• Plan, monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong ROI.
• Oversee the creation, localization, management and deployment of campaign and brand assets across all consumer touchpoints including digital, retail, wholesale and social channels.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team, including a Graphic Designer and Creative Content Coordinator.
