Eastpak is seeking a Brand & Campaign Marketing Manager for our Antwerp, Belgium team. You will lead end-to-end campaigns, collaborate with Creative, Product, Digital and Local Marketing, and shape the brand narrative across channels.

The role requires 5+ years in brand or campaign marketing within lifestyle/consumer goods, plus 2+ years’ team leadership. Fluency in English and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Retail, Digital or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in brand management or campaign marketing within lifestyle/consumer goods.
• 2+ years' team management experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills and strategic thinking.
• Experience in marketing communications, campaign development and execution.
• Project management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives.
• Manage relationships with creative agencies and cross-functional teams, guiding briefing, feedback and approvals.
• Own the seasonal brand marketing calendar and coordinate product launches and consumer moments.
• Plan, monitor and manage project budgets with regular updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee asset creation, localisation and deployment across digital, retail, wholesale and social channels.
