Eastpak is looking for an exceptional Manager, Brand & Campaign Eastpak (Global) to join our Marketing team based in Antwerp, Belgium. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand & Campaign Marketing Manager to join our Eastpak Global team. This role is essential in driving the success of our marketing initiatives; leading the end-to-end creative execution of inline and collaboration campaigns and managing the seasonal brand marketing calendar. Lets talk about the role! As a Brand & Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and ensuring the successful launch of our inline and collaboration campaigns that elevate our brand and engage our target audience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Creative, Product, Digital and Local Marketing to develop campaigns that drive brand awareness, consumer engagement and sell-through. Beyond campaign delivery, you will play a key role in shaping the creative expression of the Eastpak brand. Using your creative eye, cultural awareness and storytelling skills, you will help bring our products and brand stories to life in ways that are inspiring, authentic and culturally relevant. Working at the intersection of brand, product and culture, you will help shape compelling consumer narratives that engage our Cultural Gatekeeper community and strengthen Eastpak's position as a distinctive and influential voice within culture. You will also be responsible for managing the seasonal brand marketing calendar, from collection kick-off meetings through the full Go-To-Market creative process, ensuring our global teams have the content, tools and stories needed to connect with consumers consistently and effectively across every touchpoint.
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives. Manage relationships with creative agencies and cross-functional teams, driving the briefing, feedback and approval process to deliver impactful campaigns. Own the seasonal brand marketing calendar, coordinating key business initiatives, product launches and consumer-facing moments.
Plan, monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong return on investment. Track spend and provide regular budget updates to key stakeholders.
Oversee the creation, localisation, management and deployment of campaign and brand assets across all consumer touchpoints, including digital, retail, wholesale and social channels. Develop and maintain campaign toolkits and VM guidelines, ensuring consistent brand expression, asset availability and best-in-class execution across markets and channels.
Lead and inspire a high-performing team, including a Graphic Designer and Creative Content Coordinator. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability while providing clear direction, coaching and development opportunities.
To succeed in this role you should have Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Retail, Digital or a related field. Master's degree / MBA is a plus 5+ years of experience in brand management, campaign marketing, or a similar role within the lifestyle or consumer goods industry 2+ years' team management experience Fluent written and spoken English language skills good interpersonal/communication skills and level of strategic thinking. Experience in marketing communications, campaign development and execution. Deep understanding of an ever-changing marketing landscape and experience in project management. Consolidated understanding of and passion for the lifestyle, fashion and entertainment industry.

Hiring Range: €63,475.20 EUR - €79,344.00 EUR annually
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
