Camco Technologies in Belgium seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead automation projects for container terminals worldwide. You will oversee the full project cycle from engineering and planning to handover, coordinating with clients, partners, and engineers across multiple countries.

Approximately 10% travel is required. You are an electromechanical engineer with strong PM and communication skills, capable of bringing teams together and ensuring project success while maintaining safety and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electromechanics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in an industrial setting.
• Strong technical background in electromechanics.
• Experience with industrial automation is a major asset.
• Experience with Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, or EPLAN is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage international projects from start to finish: planning, budget, scope, quality, and timing.
• Primary client contact and build trust-based relationships.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Ensure technical quality while achieving project goals.
• Anticipate risks, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Coordinate technical documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Demonstrate leadership and take ownership of final results.
