Sigma Software is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth in our AI direction. You will identify new AI-driven opportunities, engage with enterprise clients, and drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT/software business development, a proven track record in AI proposals and tenders, and fluency in English and German. You will collaborate with Delivery to ensure smooth handoffs and profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum higher education degree required.
• 3+ years of IT/software business development experience.
• Proven track record of delivering AI proposals and tenders with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English and German (verbal and written).
