Job summary

Our client, a strategy-focused advisory firm, seeks a Strategy Consultant (Manager) to lead engagements on strategic data and AI transformation. You will own project delivery and help grow the firm, guiding executives and shaping offerings with senior leadership.

The role offers a long-term path toward Senior Manager and Partner, with Ghent-based work and flexible arrangements. Strong business perspective and data/AI fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in strategy or management consulting.
• Ability to work with senior executives and leadership teams
• Strong analytical thinking with clear, persuasive communication
• Approach challenges from business/organizational perspectives, not just technology
• Solid understanding of data, analytics, and AI concepts to guide strategic decisions

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on strategic data and AI transformation
• Take full ownership of project delivery and contribute to firm growth
• Facilitate strategic workshops with executive teams and senior stakeholders
• Evaluate how data and AI influence business strategy and operating models
• Turn strategic goals into priorities, initiatives, and roadmaps
• Ensure clarity, alignment, and quality across engagements
• Provide intellectual leadership to consultants on projects
• Serve as a trusted advisor guiding transformation and change
• Support business development with partners to shape offerings and client relationships
• Career progression toward Senior Manager and eventually Partner
