WW Talents in Athens is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to join an onsite, multicultural team. You will handle German customer inquiries via phone, chat and email, delivering high-quality service for a leading international company.

The role offers fully paid training, a relocation package, and rotating 5/8 shifts. Fluency in German and English (B2+) is required, with willingness to relocate and work onsite in Greece.

Qualifications

• Fluent or native-level German.
• English B2 level or higher.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional customer support in German via inbound phone, chat, and email.
• Assist customers with product and service inquiries.
