WW Talents in Athens, Greece – Piraeus is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent to provide remote, high-quality support to customers. You will engage via phone, chat, and email to assist with product and service inquiries while working in a multinational team.

The role offers fully paid training, rotational shifts, and an international environment. Relocation support is provided to help you move to Greece, with career development opportunities across customer service and sales support.

Qualifications

• Fluent/native-level Dutch
• English B2 or higher
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsabilités

• Provide professional customer support in Dutch via inbound phone, chat, and email
• Assist customers with product and service inquiries
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality
• Follow established processes, procedures, and scripts
• Maintain a positive, helpful, and customer-focused approach
