Job summary

Abiomis in Luxembourg seeks a German-speaking Corporate Officer to join a growing PFS. The role offers 29 holidays, flexible hours and the possibility to work from home regularly, supporting your work-life balance.

You will manage SOPARFI/PE/RE portfolios from constitution to liquidation and coordinate with clients, notaries, authorities and banks, ensuring timely filings and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a fiduciary, PSF or asset management company in Luxembourg.
• Fluent German and professional proficiency in English.
• Motivated, dynamic and organised by nature; rigorous in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage a client portfolio of SOPARFI and PE/RE entities from constitution to liquidation.
• Act as the single point of contact for clients for queries and advice.
• Prepare board meetings and shareholders' meetings, including minutes.
• Handle publications on Trade Registers (RCS/RBE): capital changes, director changes, seat changes, annual accounts.
• Maintain contacts with clients, notaries, public authorities and banks.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Legal - Law – Corporate – PFS - Fiduciary

• You will have to manage a client portfolio composed of SOPARFI and PE/RE entities from the constitution to the liquidation.
• You will be the point of contact for your clients in case they have queries or need advice.
• Preparing board meetings will be part of your regular tasks as well as preparing shareholders' meetings and the minutes.
• You will be responsible for the different publications on the Trade Registers (RCS/RBE) such as capital increases and decreases, change of directors, change of seat, annual accounts and so on.
• You will be responsible for maintaining contacts with clients, notaries, public authorities and banks.

• You have at minimum 3 years of experience in a fiduciary, PSF or asset management company in Luxembourg.
• You have a good team spirit which will enable you to reinforce the spirit of cohesion within your team.
• You have already managed a client portfolio from the constitution to liquidation/dissolution.
• You are fluent in German and have a fluent professional proficiency in English.
• You are motivated, dynamic and organised by nature and you like to be rigorous in the way you handle your daily tasks.
