Ignite in Ghent, Belgium, seeks a bilingual German/Dutch Customer Advisor to minimize vehicle downtime and support global fleets. You will offer technical guidance, diagnostics, and operational solutions to fleet managers and service centers, acting as a bridge between enterprise accounts and engineering.

You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Engineering to reduce turnaround times, maintain accurate records, and thrive in a hybrid setup with four days on-site and one day remote.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and Dutch with professional English (B2).
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience using enterprise software systems and multiple digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide client advisory via phone and digital tickets following safety protocols.
• Diagnose operational delays and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Engineering to minimize turnaround times and keep digital records accurate.
