The position requires a Master's in Law, 5 to 10 years of legal counsel experience, and fluency in English, alongside Dutch or French. A robust remuneration package will be offered, aligned with expertise.

Qualifications

• Belgian Master's degree in Law.
• 5 to 10 years of experience as a lawyer or legal counsel.
• Fluent in English and good working knowledge of Dutch and/or French.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day legal and regulatory matters.
• Support the structuring and management of investment funds.
• Ensure compliance with AIFM, AML, and other regulatory frameworks.
