Orange is seeking a GenAI Automation Expert to promote, manage, and develop AI tools and automation opportunities across the Enterprise Business Unit. You will onboard, co-create prompts and assistants, and drive end-to-end AI use cases to boost efficiency and customer service.

You will train teams, maintain AI features, monitor adoption, and report KPI impact. Fluent English and French or Dutch are required, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer operations, sales, digital transformation, or process automation projects.
• Technical familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and process automation tools (e.g., RPA, workflow automation).
• Ability to analyze operational workflows, identify automation opportunities, and implement automation solutions.
• Proven experience in training, coaching, change management, and automation deployment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive and innovative approach.
• Fluent English and French or Dutch.

• Opportunity Detection & Use Case Deployment: Identify AI and automation opportunities, develop scenarios, and lead end-to-end rollout.
• Automation Opportunity Identification: Analyze workflows to detect repetitive tasks and propose automation solutions.
• Knowledge Sharing & Best Practices: Act as the internal AI and automation SME, share insights and promote innovation.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track adoption, measure impact on KPIs, and report progress to management.

GenAI Automation Expert

Currently we are actively looking for a motivated and experienced AI, GenAI & Automation Expert to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting, managing, developing AI tools, and identifying automation opportunities within the Enterprise Business Unit. The role aims to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and CS & Sales effectiveness by ensuring effective onboarding, co-creation of prompts and assistants, and proactive detection of AI and automation opportunities.

You will also facilitate knowledge transfer, maintain AI assistant and automation process consistency, and lead deployment of AI-driven and automation-enabled use cases supporting sales and customer service activities.

Your main responsibilities:

• AI Tools Onboarding & Training: Develop and deliver training, coaching, and onboarding sessions to ensure widespread adoption and effective use of Dinootoo and other AI tools.
• AI Assistant Co-Creation & Maintenance: Collaborate with users to co-create prompts and AI assistants, centralize management, and ensure consistency and clarity in AI features.
• Opportunity Detection & Use Case Deployment: Identify AI and automation opportunitiesbased on Orange Group or Telecom markets inputs, develop scenarios,co-develop thebusiness cases, and lead the end-to-end rollout of AI and automation use cases to improve efficiency.
• Automation Opportunity Identification: Analyze operational workflows and processes to detect repetitive, manual tasks suitable for automation, and propose automation solutions to reduce effort and increase accuracy.
• Knowledge Sharing & Best Practices: Act as the internal AI and automation subject matter expert, sharing insights, best practices, and fostering a culture of innovation.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track AI and automation adoption, measure impact on KPIs, and report progress and insights to management.

Your profile:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer operations, sales, digital transformation, or process automation projects.
• Technical familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and process automation tools (e.g., RPA, workflow automation). Ability to understand LLM.
• Ability to analyze operational workflows, identify automation opportunities, and implement automation solutions.
