Job summary

Azelis Holding S.A. seeks an experienced leader to transform its Shared Services Centre into a Global Business Services organisation. You will design the future-state operating model, drive standardisation, automation and data-driven decision making, and act as a strategic partner to the CFO and Executive Committee.

You will lead cross-functional teams across regions, shape the talent strategy, and deliver measurable value through KPI-driven governance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems or related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in a multi-country setting; transformation leadership track record.
• Experience in building and scaling a GBS/shared services organisation; knowledge of global processes and KPI frameworks.
• Excellent command of Business English; strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the reshaping and strengthening of the GBS organisation in partnership with regional CFOs and Group IS Director.
• Define the future-state GBS operating model with clear ownership and accountability across processes.
• Drive end-to-end process standardisation while balancing global consistency with local needs.
• Own GBS value case, monitor benefits and report progress to CFO and Executive Committee.
• Drive the digital and automation roadmap, including ERP, RPA and AI-enabled service delivery across countries.
• Build a scalable GBS platform to support Azelis’ growth and integration of acquisitions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and transparency across regions and teams.
