Job summary

Solchem Nature, S.L. seeks a seasoned executive to lead its Global Business Services transformation, evolving the SSC into a strategic partner for the Executive Committee.

You will drive staged change, governance and global operating models across 60+ countries, focusing on standardisation, automation and data-driven decision making. You will partner with the CFO and regional leaders to deliver measurable value, while shaping the talent strategy and ensuring a scalable, future-ready GBS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, information systems or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in a multi-country environment.
• Proven track record leading GBS/shared services transformations; chemical sector experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead GBS transformation, roadmap and operating model design across multiple regions.
• Drive standardisation, automation and KPI-based value tracking for the Executive Committee.
• Partner with CFO and regional heads to align priorities and governance during transition.
• Build and shape a global GBS organisation with talent strategy and leadership development.
