Fluxys Belgium is seeking a Metering & Maintenance Coordinator to join the back-office team after initial training. You will remotely analyse metering data, support field technicians and ensure the reliability of measurements across the Fluxys Belgium network.

You will contribute to continuous improvement of tools and processes, assist in planning and calibration follow-up, stock coordination and invoicing validation, and help maintain ISO 17020 quality practices.

Qualifications

• Hold a technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Interest in technical and industrial processes and qualitative follow-up.
• Strong analytical skills and a critical mindset.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and structured work approach.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent communication and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and quick learning of new tools.
• French and/or Dutch with good knowledge of the other national language and English.

Responsabilités

• Remotely analyse and follow up issues related to the integrity of the metering chain.
• Provide technical and administrative support to field technicians and ensure follow-up of their requests.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of tools, processes and working methods for reliable measurements.
• Assist in reporting metering activities and ensure accurate, complete data and timely delivery.
• Support ISO 17020 quality practices within Metering Operations.
