Job summary

C&A is seeking a Garment Technologist to manage fit, quality, and workmanship across regions. You will work with suppliers to ensure products meet design and safety standards, driving improvements in pattern, grading, and tech pack alignment.

Strong knowledge of garment construction and 3D development is essential. Excellent communication and analytical skills are required to thrive in a fast-paced, international retail environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of garment construction, patterns, and sewing techniques.
• Experience with 3D development systems and product data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Good communication, both written and verbal, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage sample approvals for technical compliance and correct application of guidelines.
• Ensure products meet global quality standards for value, fashion, fit, and safety.
• Guide supplier product development and pattern creation to achieve right-first-time samples.
• Identify root causes of fit issues and apply solutions to defective samples.
• Support product development with PLM/Tech Pack alignment and pattern grading.
