Job summary

Dries Van Noten in Antwerp, Belgium seeks a Technical Production Executive to strengthen production prep for Womenswear and Menswear. You will ensure product data, BOMs, and technical documentation are accurate within PLM and ERP systems, collaborating closely with Pattern Making, Product Development, and Production teams.

You will translate pattern updates into production fiches, run BOM checks, support data management, and help streamline processes while staying organised and proactive.

Qualifications

• Degree in Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, Product Development, Fashion Management or related field.
• Approximately 5 years of professional experience in Product Development, Production, Technical Design, Pattern Making, or related fashion environment.
• Solid understanding of garment construction, technical specifications, product information management, and production processes.
• Experience with Excel and using PLM, ERP, or other product management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Production team during production preparation for Womenswear and Menswear collections.
• Update and maintain product articles, BOMs, and technical information in PLM and ERP systems.
• Translate final pattern and construction updates into accurate production documentation, ensuring all changes are reflected in BOMs and fiches.
• Perform BOM checks and verify the consistency of product specifications prior to production launch.
• Collaborate with Pattern Making, Product Development, and other cross-functional teams for data accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in monitoring production readiness and ensuring styles are set up in systems before production starts.
• Support admin tasks linked to production preparation, data management, and system implementation.
