Zusammenfassung

Abakus IT-Solutions seeks a Functional Application Tester to support the public-sector project in the Namur area. You will help establish a testing framework, design functional scenarios and write end-to-end test cases for the Odoo-based platform, coordinating with business stakeholders and the project team.

The role requires hands-on testing, defect management and strong written communication. Hybrid on-site work is expected with progressive ramp-up from 3 to 5 days per week as the project

Qualifikationen

• Confirmed level as an application tester.
• Experience with test execution, planning and reporting.
• Knowledge of Jira and Xray.
• Understanding of test environments and related tools (e.g., SoapUI).
• Ability to write clearly and concisely about technical topics.

Aufgaben

• Set up a business testing framework with the business testers: team, method, governance, deliverables.
• Help the coordinator design and structure functional test scenarios, and write scenarios as well.
• Draw up compliance and non-regression test plans for the entire platform and its integrations.
• Execute tests ahead of business users.
• Collect defects and non-conformities and report them to the team in charge, for fixes, improvements and enhancements.
• Take part in the testers’ community of practice.
