Sogeti Belgium is seeking a Functional Test Engineer to ensure software quality across projects in a hybrid setup based in Diegem, Belgium. You will define test strategies, execute structured testing and report on risks to stakeholders, helping ensure release readiness for client applications.
The role requires a degree in Informatics/Math or related field, at least two years of testing experience, and fluency in Dutch and English with good French.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Informatics, Mathematics or similar technical field; minimum two years in structured software testing.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; good command of French.
Responsabilités
- Define a test strategy in collaboration with the project team, ensuring suitable test coverage within time and budget.
- Execute structured software testing and report on application quality and risks to management.
- Provide insights on release readiness based on testing outcomes.
- Analyze requirements, specs and stories to create logical and physical test cases.
- Adapt to changing project circumstances and proactively resolve testing challenges.
