Astek is seeking an experienced Functional Test Analyst to join our Belgium team. You will work in a dynamic Agile environment, shaping test strategies for B2B digital channels and Salesforce CRM integrations. You will partner with Product Owners, Analysts, and Developers to ensure high-quality releases.

You will analyze requirements, design and execute test cases, and manage defects in Jira. Fluency in English and either French or Dutch is required to collaborate across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Functional Test Analyst or Functional Tester.
• Strong experience in functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience writing and executing test cases and test scenarios.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and defect management.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Good understanding of APIs and system integrations.

Responsabilités

• Analyze business and functional requirements and translate into test scenarios.
• Create, maintain and execute test cases across functional and integration tests.
• Perform regression and end-to-end testing to ensure quality release.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, Developers and QA to verify acceptance criteria.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Functional Test Analyst to join a dynamic Agile environment and support the continuous evolution of B2B digital sales channels and Salesforce CRM.

You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Scrum Masters and other Test Analysts to ensure that new developments meet business requirements, comply with quality standards and integrate seamlessly with existing applications.

Your Challenges Will Be

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Analyse business and functional requirements.
• Create and maintain test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing.
• Identify, document and follow up on defects in Jira through resolution, re-testing and production.

Agile Collaboration

• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinement sessions, reviews and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support release preparation and post-release validation.

Salesforce & Integrations

• Validate integrations between Salesforce CRM and B2B sales channels.
• Test APIs and data exchanges.
• Verify the consistency of customer, contract and sales data.
• Test automated workflows and business processes.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a bridge between business and IT teams.
• Report on test progress, risks and quality indicators.
• Support demonstrations and presentations for business users and stakeholders.

Profile

• Proven experience as a Functional Test Analyst / Functional Tester.
• Strong experience in functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing.
• Experience writing and executing test cases and test scenarios.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and defect management.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Good understanding of APIs, system integrations and data flows.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Fluent English, as well as either French or Dutch.
