Functional Consultant Dynamics 365 Business Central

Join us as a Functional Consultant Dynamics 365 Business Central at VanRoey.

Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for the realization of our Microsoft business solutions (Business Central). You will translate client needs into technical solutions, from sales to implementation and deployment, starting after a comprehensive briefing from the account manager.

You will visit clients onsite, understand their processes, identify pain points, and challenge their workflows from a high-level perspective. You will prepare final documentation such as analysis and fit-gap reports, aligning client needs with our Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

Continuously seek process improvements, ensure smooth implementation, and provide initial post-implementation support. Work partly onsite and partly from the office, collaborating with colleagues, account managers, and project managers across various sectors.

Required Skills

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in IT
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a functional consultant in a B2B environment
• Knowledge of Business Central and ERP systems
• Ability to translate client needs into documented solutions, with an analytical, accurate, motivated, and proactive approach
• Effective time and priority management, ability to work under pressure
• Customer-oriented, communicative, assertive, independent, and organized
• Valid driver’s license B to visit clients
