This role emphasizes BPMN/DMN, UAT coordination, test case development, and stakeholder management in a hybrid, full-time setting. Dutch language fluency at C2 is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a functional analyst on large-scale, business-critical applications.
• Experience with technical environments and working knowledge of Javascript.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and requirements gathering.
• Experience with user story mapping, writing use cases, and defining test cases.
• Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Fluent in Dutch with a C2 level.

Responsabilités

• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, including use cases and user stories.
• Facilitate stakeholder management by acting as the bridge between business units and technical development teams.
• Document and optimize business processes using BPMN and DMN standards.
• Develop comprehensive test cases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
• Apply user story mapping techniques to align project scope with user needs.
• Provide technical insights for applications within multi-tier and web-enabled environments.
