Xplore Group in Belgium is seeking an IT-oriented professional who can translate customer needs into project proposals and guide development and testing with a focus on quality. You will gather user stories, run workshops, and craft a technical plan based on interviews and demos.

You will serve as the bridge between customers and developers, bringing a mix of social and technical skills, applying Scrum & Agile practices, and communicating clearly.

You have IT flowing through your veins and you are preferably in possession of a bachelor's or master's degree.

• You are customer-oriented and the communication line between our customers and developers
• You are visually oriented and adore graphs
• Experience with tools such as Confluence, Jira,… is a plus
• You speak Dutch fluently
