Xplore Group, located in Belgium, is seeking an individual to help build innovative AI solutions across various industries. This role combines software engineering with artificial intelligence, requiring strong knowledge in Python and APIs.

The ideal candidate will work in multidisciplinary teams, focusing on creating smarter applications and integrating AI capabilities into existing platforms. It's an exciting opportunity to engage with the latest technologies in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience in software development and strong interest in AI.
• Knowledge of Python, APIs, and modern development frameworks.
• Experience with AI/ML, LLMs or generative AI is a plus.

• Helps to build innovative AI solutions for customers in a wide range of industries
• Combines software engineering with artificial intelligence to make applications smarter
• Integrates AI functionalities into existing applications and platforms
• Works with Large Language Models (such as Gemini, Claude, GPTs, open-source models...)
• Develops and uses AI agents, copilots and intelligent automations
• Likes to experiment with new AI technologies and frameworks
• Collaborates with developers, architects, analysts and business stakeholders
• Thinks along about scalability, performance and security
• Supports customers in their AI transformation

Furthermore...

• You have experience in software development and a strong interest in AI
• You have knowledge of Python, APIs, MCPs and modern development frameworks
• Experience with AI/ML, LLMs or generative AI is a plus
• You think analytically and solution-oriented
• You are curious and follow technological innovations closely
• You enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English
