KU Leuven – Faculty of Medicine / Biomedical Sciences is offering a fully funded Doctoral Researcher position in Biomedical Sciences. The successful candidate will join a leading research group, working on translational research with state-of-the-art facilities and interdisciplinary collaboration.

The doctoral researcher will design and conduct experimental studies, analyse complex data, and contribute to high-quality publications.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biology, Medicine, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong academic performance and demonstrated research interest in biomedical sciences.
• Motivation to pursue a PhD in a rigorous and collaborative research environment.

Responsabilités

• Design and conduct experimental studies in biomedical research.
• Analyse and interpret complex biological data.
• Maintain accurate research records and document methods and results.
• Collaborate with team members and external partners.
• Present findings at scientific conferences and seminars.
• Assist in teaching-related activities, including supporting laboratory sessions.
