Alan is hiring Product engineers with 3+ years of experience to join our Ops AI Platform team. You’ll work at the frontier of LLMs, tool integration, and human-in-the-loop frameworks to build AI agents that empower our operations teams.

You will design capabilities and tooling to enable autonomous agents and scalable automation across internal tools and data sources. You’ll influence system architecture, mentor engineers, and contribute to a culture of bold thinking, rigorous delivery, and

Qualifications

• Experience building state-of-the-art AI systems for operations.
• Strong interest in AI and product engineering intersection.
• Ability to design and deliver high-impact AI-enabled tooling.

Responsabilités

• Work at the frontier of LLMs, tool calling, and human-in-the-loop to deploy AI agents.
• Develop tooling to enable ops autonomy in creation, evolution, monitoring of agents.
• Scale the platform from dozens to tens of thousands of automated tasks.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to the product & engineering culture.
