Alan is hiring a Software Engineer to build AI-native internal tools and agentic assistants. You will design and ship workflows that power how Alan operates, including onboarding, knowledge retrieval, and performance alignment. The role emphasizes production-grade AI integrations and cross-team collaboration across multiple countries.

You will work with Python/Flask, React, and PostgreSQL, shaping the future of an AI-native company with a unique culture and distributed decision-making.

Qualifications

Interest in AI and LLMs
Experience building AI-native tools is a plus
Comfort in fast-moving environments with evolving abstractions
Fluent English required; French is a plus

Responsabilités

Design and ship AI-native tools powering Alan's internal workflows
Build intelligent agents for onboarding, knowledge retrieval, performance alignment, and decisions
Push LLMs into production with deep integration to internal tools
Define abstractions for AI-native work used across teams and countries
