Alan in Belgium is hiring software engineers across experience levels to build an AI-native internal platform used daily by the company to navigate context and take action.

You'll design and ship intelligent agents, automate workflows such as onboarding, knowledge retrieval, and performance alignment, and push LLMs into production with deep integration to internal tools, enabling scalable AI across all countries Alan operates in.

Qualifications

• Experience with backend or full‑stack development.
• Interest in AI, LLMs, agents, retrieval systems.
• Able to ship in fast-moving environments.
