CEUSTERS NV in Belgium seeks a Building & Facility Manager to oversee the operational functioning, maintenance, and long-term client relationships for professional real estate. You will coordinate tendering, planning and execution of technical maintenance, monitor contractors, and ensure safety compliance.

Formación

• A technical degree is a plus, but willingness and passion matter most.
• Several years of experience in a similar role are advantageous.
• You are responsible, can prioritize, and work independently under pressure.
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities are essential.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English; good command of MS-Office and basic AutoCAD.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on tendering, planning and execution of technical maintenance.
• Monitor maintenance firms, cleaning and service providers.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance with external services.
• Prepare price requests, compare bids, and assist in contractor selection.
• Check execution for accuracy and quality; take action on deficiencies.
• Coordinate maintenance programmes and budgets; monitor monthly invoices.
• Organize facility services and FMIS usage.
