In4Matic is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to design and deliver Java-based applications for embedded and distributed systems. You will own projects end-to-end, from design through deployment, and work in a Linux-based environment with modern tools.

You will collaborate with teammates, share knowledge, and ensure performance, scalability, and reliability while integrating multiple components. A strong background in Java, Spring Boot or Quarkus, and DevOps practices is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Java development experience (Spring Boot, Quarkus).
• Experience with Linux environments, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Networking concepts and protocols (TCP/UDP).
• Experience with GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and proactive mindset.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in developing advanced software solutions used in large-scale, real-world environments. From concept to deployment (end to end ownership), you contribute to building reliable, high-performance systems that operate globally.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and develop Java-based applications for embedded and distributed systems
• Take ownership of one or more projects and guide them from design to delivery
• Share knowledge with junior developers, participate in daily standups to share ideas and grow together
• Integrate multiple software components into cohesive systems running on Linux environments
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability across all solutions
• Testing your applications to make sure the code runs smoothly

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Java development (e.g., Spring Boot, Quarkus)
• Strong knowledge of Linux environments, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins)
• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/UDP)
• Knowledge of/experience with Github
• Jira and Confluence
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive & creative mindset
