In4Matic in Brussels is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to contribute to scalable enterprise applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into robust solutions, driving automation and DevOps maturity across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities include designing and building applications with .NET and React, building APIs and data storage solutions, ensuring performance and maintainability, and participating in architecture discussions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in .NET development including .NET Core and REST APIs.
• 3+ years with React.js.
• 2+ years using Microsoft Azure in professional context.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and blue-green deployments.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Fluent English (B2+).
• Willing to work on-site in Brussels at least two days per week.

We're looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our client's technology team and contribute to the development of modern, scalable applications in a complex enterprise environment. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into robust technical solutions while helping to drive innovation, automation and DevOps maturity.

You will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from designing and building applications to ensuring performance, maintainability and seamless deployments. This position offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies, cloud platforms and microservices architectures within an Agile setting.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements, user stories and application designs into high-quality software solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable applications using modern .NET technologies and React.
• Build and integrate APIs and data storage solutions, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ensure optimal performance, scalability, quality and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Contribute to code quality, automation and development standards.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and central teams to strengthen DevOps capabilities and deployment processes.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to the implementation of modern software design patterns and microservices.

Profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in .NET development, including recent experience with .NET Core, .NET 8/9/10 and REST API development.
• At least 3 years of professional experience with React.js.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure in a professional environment.
• Proven experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines (YAML) and deployment strategies such as blue-green deployments.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, including clean architecture, microservices and design patterns.
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases in transactional or distributed systems.
• Practical knowledge of testing methodologies and unit-testing frameworks.
• Solid experience working with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence and other Agile collaboration platforms.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum, SAFe or similar methodologies.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level), both spoken and written.
• Willing to work on-site in Brussels at least two days per week.
