Clario is seeking a Full Stack Developer to build the MVP on the NXT platform for RBQM in cardiology. You will bridge ML models and clinical use, delivering scalable, reliable components and integrating data pipelines with UI and services.

Join a team translating data science outputs into production-ready software, collaborating with data scientists, architects and product stakeholders in a fast-paced MVP environment. Remote or hybrid options are available in Belgium.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of full stack development experience.
• Backend: C# .NET; Frontend: Angular.
• Experience with AWS PaaS and containerization (Kubernetes, AWS EKS).
• Version control, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and building REST APIs.
• Understanding of microservices or service-oriented architectures.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving MVP environment.
• Nice to have: basic understanding of MLOps concepts, data-heavy applications or analytics platforms, knowledge of RabbitMQ, and healthcare/regulatory environments.

Clario, part of Thermo Fischer Scientific, is looking for a Full Stack Developer. This role sits at a very practical and impactful intersection: you won’t build AI models—but you will make them usable in the real world. We are developing an MVP on our platform (NXT) to onboard AI‑driven RBQM (Risk‑Based Quality Management) solutions in cardiology. These solutions are created by data scientists and domain experts but without the right engineering layer, they never reach end users. That is where you come in. You will help build the “last mile” between machine learning and clinical application, turning models into reliable, scalable and usable products that support clinical trial teams in making better decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

What We Are Looking For

• Solid experience in full stack development (typically ~3–6 years)
• Strong skills in backend development with C# .Net and frontend development with Angular
• Exposure to AWS PaaS, containerization (Kubernetes and AWS EKS)
• Version control, CI/CD workflows and DevOps practices
• Experience in PostgreSQL and building and consuming REST APIs
• Understanding of microservices or service‑oriented architectures
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving, somewhat ambiguous MVP environment
• Nice to have: basic understanding of MLOps concepts, experience in data‑heavy applications or analytics platforms, knowledge of messaging middleware like RabbitMQ, and any background in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated environments
