Job summary

Proximus is seeking a full-stack AI software engineer to evolve an internal AI platform. You will translate business needs into user stories, develop solutions, and onboard teams to new AI capabilities.

The role focuses on adoption, workshops, and continuous improvement, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and documentation. The position is a 3-month contractor assignment in Brussels, hybrid with on-site days, and involves working with Azure, Kubernetes, and Terraform in a fast-paced, agile

Qualifications

• Good understanding of LLM harnesses and agent workflows.
• Familiar with MCP, RAG, structured outputs, and prompt engineering.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines; Azure, Kubernetes and Terraform knowledge is valuable.
• Code development in Python and TypeScript.
• Designing test scenarios and automated evaluations of models and tools.
• Read harness logs and investigate context, latency, or failed tool calls.
• Proven experience as Functional Analyst; requirements engineering.
• Experience with digital UX, design thinking and collaboration platforms.
• Proactive in onboarding and stimulating user adoption; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate solutions and functionality.
• Onboard users and teams to new AI capabilities and ways of working.
• Facilitate demonstrations, workshops, and feedback sessions.
• Support users in adopting AI assistants, skills, and workspaces.
• Measure user feedback to continuously improve the platform.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements.
• Assess AI capabilities of internal/external platforms and recommend enhancements.
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure traceability from business need to delivered solution.
