Qualifications

• Strong background in full-stack software engineering and systems architecture.
• Experience with ML or ML ops is a plus.
• Product-minded with a focus on usable, impactful solutions.
• Self-directed, pragmatic and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Work at the frontier of LLMs, tool calling, and multi-agent architectures.
• Implement capabilities for AI agents and tooling to automate operational tasks.
• Scale the system from dozens to tens of thousands of automated tasks.
• Influence system architecture and code quality; mentor engineers.
• Contribute to hiring and shape Alan's product and engineering culture.
