VeroTech is seeking a FTTH build technical administrator to support the full fibre build process through precise administrative tasks and data validation. You will work with engineers, build partners and internal stakeholders to keep dossiers complete and up to date, driving end-to-end status visibility.

The role requires strong Excel skills, the ability to interpret operational reports, and a proactive, autonomous work style in a changing telecom environment.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative accuracy with data validation and documentation.
• Very good knowledge of Excel and the ability to interpret operational reports.
• Ability to translate technical input into clear actions.
• Experience with repetitive technical tasks and procedure-driven workflows.
• Ability to learn quickly and work autonomously in a complex and changing environment.
• Strong communication skills, with confidence to follow up with partners and engineers.
• Knowledge of Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Follow up engineering activities related to script execution and outputs.
• Verify bill of materials upload readiness and request resets when required.
• Update construction and material tasks in design dossiers with remarks and audit information.
• Maintain an end-to-end status overview of actions for each build dossier.
• Register, validate and allocate issues and data corrections per procedures.
• Monitor checkpoints, interpret reports and prepare status reporting for stakeholders.

About the role

As an FTTH build technical administrator at VeroTech, you support the full fibre build process through accurate technical administration, data validation and operational follow-up. You work with engineering, build partners and internal stakeholders to keep network build files complete, consistent and up to date.

You combine administrative precision with technical understanding in an environment driven by procedures, reporting and changing priorities. Your contribution helps improve dossier quality, clarify end-to-end status and ensure issues are routed to the right teams or partners.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up engineering activities related to script execution and the availability of technical outputs

• Verify bill of materials upload readiness and request resets when required through the appropriate support channel

• Update construction and material tasks in ongoing low-level design dossiers with relevant remarks, notifications and audit information

• Maintain an end-to-end status overview of new, ongoing and completed actions for each build dossier

• Register, validate and allocate issues and data corrections according to defined procedures

• Monitor checkpoints, interpret operational reports and prepare status reporting for stakeholders and management

• Coordinate with build partners and subcontractors to validate status information, complete documentation and close dossiers correctly

What we’re looking for

You are a precise and proactive administrative profile with strong data affinity, a technical mindset and the communication skills to work effectively with engineers, partners and stakeholders.

• Strong communication skills, with confidence to follow up with partners and engineers

• Knowledge of Dutch and English

• Experience in telecom or FTTH environments, BI, workflow or GIS platforms, French, robot automation or scripting concepts is an advantage
