VeroTech is seeking a FTTH build technical administrator to support the full fibre build process through precise administrative tasks and data validation. You will work with engineers, build partners and internal stakeholders to keep dossiers complete and up to date, driving end-to-end status visibility.

The role requires strong Excel skills, the ability to interpret operational reports, and a proactive, autonomous work style in a changing telecom environment.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative accuracy with data validation and documentation.
• Very good knowledge of Excel and the ability to interpret operational reports.
• Ability to translate technical input into clear actions.
• Experience with repetitive technical tasks and procedure-driven workflows.
• Ability to learn quickly and work autonomously in a complex and changing environment.
• Strong communication skills, with confidence to follow up with partners and engineers.
• Knowledge of Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Follow up engineering activities related to script execution and outputs.
• Verify bill of materials upload readiness and request resets when required.
• Update construction and material tasks in design dossiers with remarks and audit information.
• Maintain an end-to-end status overview of actions for each build dossier.
• Register, validate and allocate issues and data corrections per procedures.
• Monitor checkpoints, interpret reports and prepare status reporting for stakeholders.
