• Juggling reservations and guests' special requests with ease, ensuring each stay is personalized and memorable.
• Working closely with other hotel departments to create an unparalleled guest experience at every moment.

What are we looking for ?

• You effortlessly switch between English and French to communicate with our diverse international clientele. Proficiency in Dutch or any other language is advantageous!
• You're a student in hospitality or a related field, but what truly counts is your vibrant personality: customer-focused, inherently diplomatic, and driven to provide exceptional service that surpasses expectations.
• You have an internship agreement starting from July 2026 orAugust 2026, ideally for a period of sixmonths.

Work Schedule and Professional Environment : The shifts include working hours from 7 AM to 3 PM as well as from 3 PM to 11 PM. You may be required to work weekends and occasionally night shifts (subject to agreement with your school).
