DSV Road GmbH in Antwerp is seeking a Freight Forwarder Seafreight (Control Tower - Key Account) to manage international ocean shipments for our strategic client. You will be the central contact, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with internal guidelines.

You will coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and customs brokers, handle documentation, monitor progress, and maintain data accuracy in WMS/TMS/SAP while seeking ongoing process and service improvements in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding (Seafreight) required.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
• Precise, deadline-driven, proactive and client-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Manage transport orders in the system and ensure accurate and timely processing of all shipments;
• Coordinate international sea freight shipments with internal teams, carriers, and customs brokers;
• Prepare and validate transport and customs documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal guidelines;
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve issues to safeguard delivery deadlines and service levels;
• Act as a key contact for customers, providing updates and building long-term relationships;
• Ensure data accuracy in systems such as WMS, TMS or SAP to support operational excellence;
• Continuously look for improvements in processes and customer service within the supply chain.

As a Forwarder Key Account, you coordinate international ocean freight shipments from A to Z for our strategic client. You are the central point of contact who ensures that every shipment runs smoothly, on time, and according to agreement. In this dynamic logistics environment, you work closely with internal teams, external partners, and customers, while building strong relationships and delivering high service quality.

Tasks:

• You manage transport orders in the system and ensure accurate and timely processing of all shipments;
• You coordinate international sea freight shipments and align with internal teams, carriers, and customs brokers to meet customer expectations;

You bring

• You have experience in freight forwarding (Seafreight);
• You communicate fluently in English, Dutch is a strong plus;
• You work accurately and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
• You are proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented;
• You are eager to learn and grow within an international logistics environment.
