Michael Page International (Belgium) is seeking a proactive professional to manage a portfolio of ~25 building projects in a freelance, full-time capacity for a 3-month engagement, starting ASAP. You will coordinate maintenance, inspections, and stakeholder communications across administrative, technical, and contractual domains.

The ideal candidate has a construction/real estate backdrop, strong knowledge of building systems, and excellent negotiation and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Facility Management, Real Estate, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, technical consultancy, or real estate.
• Strong knowledge of building technical systems and maintenance requirements.
• Excellent communication, consultation, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Dutch fluent; good French and English; proficient in MS Office and CAD tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 25 building projects, coordinating maintenance activities and ensuring smooth collaboration between clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact for administrative, technical, contractual, insurance, and damage-related matters.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, technical inspections, change requests, and interventions via a dedicated helpdesk.
• Monitor technical condition, regulatory compliance, and performance, including annual NEN 2767-based assessments.
• Prepare and maintain documentation and records in the document management system; support energy efficiency improvements.
