MICHAEL PAGE INTERNATIONAL (BELGIUM) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate and supervise daily building maintenance operations, including preventive, corrective, and periodic activities.

You will lead a team of technicians and skilled workers, oversee planning and leave management, and manage external contractors to ensure quality, safety, and timely execution while driving continuous process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and supervise daily building maintenance operations, including preventive, corrective, and periodic maintenance activities.
• Manage and support a team of technicians and skilled workers while overseeing planning, workload allocation, and leave management.
• Follow up on maintenance projects, interventions, and external contractors, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.
• Manage supplier relationships, service contracts, budgets, invoices, and monitor compliance with agreed KPIs and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintain technical documentation, report maintenance activities, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
