Michael Page International (Belgium) is seeking a qualified professional to manage a portfolio of about 25 building projects, coordinating maintenance activities and ensuring collaboration among clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

You will act as the main contact for administrative, technical, contractual, insurance, and damage-related matters, mediating conflicts and enabling solutions. Dutch fluency with French/English skills is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction/real estate-related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, technical consultancy, or real estate.
• Strong knowledge of building technical systems and maintenance requirements.
• Fluent in Dutch with good French and English skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 25 building projects, coordinating maintenance and stakeholder collaboration.
• Serve as main contact for administrative, technical, contractual, insurance, and damage-related matters; mediate conflicts.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, inspections, change requests, and interventions via a dedicated helpdesk; ensure proper follow-up.
• Monitor technical condition, regulatory compliance, and performance incl. annual condition assessments per NEN 2767 and follow-up of corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, meeting reports, and records in the document management system; support energy efficiency improvements.
