Job summary

Michael Page zoekt een Freelance Tax Manager in België (Limburg) om de vennootschapsbelasting binnen de EMEA-regio te beheren en tijdige aangiften te verzekeren. U coordineert transfer pricing-documentatie en ondersteunt fiscale verslaggeving samen met finance teams.

U fungeert als primair aanspreekpunt bij belastingcontroles en advisering aan leiderschap over fiscale implicaties van transacties en reorganisaties. Kennis van Europese wetgeving en naleving is vereist.

Qualifications

• Aantoonbare ervaring in fiscaal beheer en compliance.
• Ervaring met het beoordelen en organiseren van fiscale documentatie.
• In staat om fiscale werkzaamheden af te stemmen met interne belanghebbenden.
• Nauwkeurigheid en aandacht voor financiële informatie zijn essentieel.
• In staat om prioriteiten en deadlines in een tijdelijke opdracht te managen.
• Duidelijke communicatie bij het delen van fiscale informatie.

Responsibilities

• Beheren van vennootschapsbelasting naleving over EMEA-regio en tijdige indiening.
• Coördineren transfer pricing documentatie en regelgeving naleven.
• Ondersteunen bij fiscale verslaggeving, voorzieningen en fiscale boekhouding in samenwerking met financiën en controlling teams.
• Optreden als contactpunt voor belastingcontroles en overheidsinstanties, voorbereiden van reacties.

As a Freelance Tax Manager your responsibilities are:

• Managing corporate income tax compliance across the EMEA region and ensuring all tax returns are filed accurately and on time.
• Coordinating transfer pricing documentation and ensuring compliance with international tax regulations.
• Supporting tax reporting processes, tax provisions and tax accounting matters in cooperation with finance and controlling teams.
• Acting as the main point of contact for tax audits and tax authorities, preparing responses, gathering documentation and managing disputes when they arise.
• Advising business leaders, finance teams and management on tax implications of commercial transactions, restructuring projects and cross-border activities.
• Monitoring changes in European and international tax legislation and assessing their impact on the business.
• Supporting tax planning initiatives and identifying opportunities to improve tax efficiency while remaining compliant with regulations.

Profiel

A successful Freelance Tax Manager should have:

• Proven ability to manage tax-related activities.
• Experience reviewing and organising tax documentation.
