EngiFlex is seeking a senior Infrastructure Architect to lead cloud and enterprise architecture initiatives. You will design phased IAM migrations from fragmented environments to a centralized solution, focusing on SSO, provider integrations, and Zero Trust principles.

The role also covers cloud foundations, governance, and secure landing zones to support high-availability hybrid and multi-cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• Senior Infrastructure Architect with cloud and enterprise architecture experience.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Experience designing IAM solutions for environments with 1000+ users.
• Project in last 5 years: production-ready Cloud Landing Zone in utilities.
• Solid experience with AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Proficient with ArchiMate, TOGAF, UML, Sparx EA.
• Strong knowledge of ICT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and IT security.
• Fluent in English.
• Fluent in French or Dutch, with at least passive knowledge of the other language at B1 level.
• Team experience template completion is mandatory.

Responsabilités

Tasks and responsibilities

• Enterprise Identity Consolidation: design and prepare a phased migration from fragmented legacy and multi-cloud identity providers towards a centralized IAM architecture, with attention to SSO, identity provider integration, Zero Trust principles, reduced authentication friction, and lower administrative overhead.
• Cloud Foundations & Governance: align cloud deployments with enterprise cloud foundations by establishing secure landing zones, governance standards, shared services models, infrastructure-as-code practices, and automated compliance controls.
• Enterprise Architecture: define and support high-availability, hybrid, and multi-cloud target architectures in line with recognized enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Security & Infrastructure: contribute to architecture decisions covering ICT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and IT security.

Your profile

• You are a senior Infrastructure Architect with strong experience in cloud and enterprise architecture.
• You hold the Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
• You have proven experience in the design and/or implementation of IAM solutions in environments with at least 1000 users.
• You have completed at least one project in the last 5 years involving the design and/or deployment of a production-ready Cloud Landing Zone in the utility sector.
• You have solid experience with the conception and implementation of AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• You are familiar with modelling techniques and tools such as ArchiMate, TOGAF, UML, and Sparx EA.
• You have strong knowledge of ICT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and IT security.
• You are fluent in English.
• You are fluent in French or Dutch, with at least passive knowledge of the other national language at B1 level.
• Completion of the team experience template is mandatory.

This position is offered as a part-time freelance role (30%).
