MindWave is seeking an experienced Freelance SAP HR & SuccessFactors Expert to support a major HR transformation project. The role involves defining the project scope and roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors, integrating with SAP HR and legacy apps, and documenting requirements.

You will work with IT, management and business stakeholders and travel to different locations as needed. Fluency in French is required, and the candidate should have a strong background in SAP HR, SAP SuccessFactors, HR

Your Mission

• Define the project scope and implementation roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors.
• Prepare the integration with SAP HR and existing legacy applications.

• Identify migration opportunities, risks and potential impacts.
• Collaborate with IT teams, management and business stakeholders.
• Proven expertise in SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience in HR transformation, functional analysis and migration projects.
• Excellent command of French, both written and spoken.
• Flexible and willing to travel to different business locations.
