Responsabilités

• Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring strong relationships.
• Proactively manage vacancy reduction through active leasing strategies.
• Conduct and lead lease negotiations with prospective tenants.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to enhance asset value.
• Manage and collaborate with external real estate agents.
• Oversee property managers responsible for technical operations.
• Regular on-site presence to assess properties and meet stakeholders.
• Structure and maintain the data room for both portfolios.
