Axis Group is seeking a General Project Leader to drive complex initiatives from conception to execution in a freelance capacity. You will develop and monitor detailed project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes on time.

You will lead risk management, report to senior management, and ensure architecture aligns with goals. Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders and adapt to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid

Qualifications

• 3 to 8 years of experience overseeing multidisciplinary projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with a solution-focused approach.

Responsabilités

• Analyze the solution to implement the most effective approach.
• Create, develop, and monitor a comprehensive project plan.
• Execute the project within budget and track milestones.
• Ensure delivery of outcomes per internal methodology.
• Assemble and lead a project team across multiple teams.
• Oversee architecture execution both functionally and technically.
• Monitor risks and provide alternative solutions.
• Coordinate integration and acceptance testing.
• Evaluate changes and conduct impact assessments.
• Lead discussions with the project team, steering group and department heads.
• Present reports to senior management.
• Manage projects exceeding 1000 man-days across sub-projects.
• Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
