Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions is seeking a Freelance Management Assistant in Gent, working at least 2.5 days per week for a renowned labor and HR-related law firm, through end of 2026 with a potential extension.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent by experience.
• Fluent in Dutch, English, and French.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Support management with administrative tasks at a Gent law firm.
• Manage calendars and prepare documents for HR-related legal services.
