Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Product Manager, Anti-Fraud to own the end-to-end roadmap for fraud detection, prevention and response across the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing usage.

You will collaborate with Trust & Safety, Payments, Risk, Data Science and Engineering to balance security with a seamless user experience while scaling detection rules and ML models. This role sits at the intersection of product, data and risk.

Qualifications

• Proven product management experience in fraud, risk, trust & safety, or payments.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to balance security, business needs, and user experience under ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end anti-fraud product roadmap: signup/KYC checks, payment fraud detection, account takeover protection, and compute-abuse prevention.
• Own the rules and risk-scoring surfaces — tooling for analysts and data scientists with guardrails and audit trails.
• Own manual review and case-management for Trust & Safety operations, including queues and workflows.
• Own customer-facing friction points — verification flows and step-up challenges to minimize false positives.
• Identify fraud signals and thresholds to surface incidents early and improve detection surfaces.
• Participate in incident reviews and post-mortems to drive concrete improvements to models and rules.
• Ensure timely response to active incidents in collaboration with Trust & Safety, Engineering and Data Science.
• Write PRDs and specs translating risk problems into deliverable engineering work.
• Collaborate with Analytics on model development and decision criteria, balancing ML vs rules.
• Run experiments and monitor rollouts for fraud-catch metrics and user friction.
