Van de Velde Packaging Group in Belgium seeks an FP&A Analyst to strengthen financial planning, forecasting and reporting. You will deliver accurate analyses, build models, and provide management with insights to drive performance. The role requires 5+ years in FP&A or related finance, and strong Excel with BI familiarity.

You will collaborate across functions, manage dashboards, and contribute to continuous improvement while supporting consolidation and accurate financial info.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of FP&A, Controlling or a similar finance role.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with BI and reporting tools is considered an advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the organization.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.

About the Role

As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's financial planning and decision‑making processes. Through in‑depth analysis, accurate forecasting and insightful reporting, you will provide management with the financial insights needed to drive strategic decisions and business performance.

Key Responsibilities
