Job summary

Aerospacelab in Belgium seeks a skilled Network System Administrator with strong Fortinet and Palo Alto experience to join our IT team. Design, implement, and manage secure network infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and ensure high availability across sites.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of hands-on network admin experience and is fluent in English and French. You will document configurations, monitor performance, and collaborate with vendors to deliver reliable network

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on network administration experience.
• Proven experience with Fortinet and Palo Alto network products.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure using Fortinet and Palo Alto products.
• Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other security appliances.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Develop and enforce network policies and procedures.
• Perform regular security assessments and vulnerability testing.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network issues.
• Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes and upgrades.
• Collaborate with external vendors to support and enhance network infrastructure.
